The staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to assist. The location is central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The hotel has a nice lobby area which feels welcoming.

The location was pretty sweet, close to transport and a nice park, but man, the lack of air conditioning made it hot as! Got eaten alive by mosquitos too, eh.

The fan was dusty yet the room was clean and comfortable.

perfect base for exploring lille's landmarks and parks

during my stay, i loved how close this hotel was to several attractions like the musee hospice comtesse, just under 2 km away, and the charming old stock exchange only about 1.5 km from the hotel, which made for easy strolling in the beautiful city of lille.

staying here was better than my previous experience in lille. the cleanliness and helpful staff during the wedding ceremony impressed me. the bed was comfortable and i enjoyed the cozy vibe of the room.

Comfortable beds and a good selection of pillows made for restful nights, complemented by the friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, providing easy access to public transportation with a bike stop right outside. Unfortunately, the absence of air conditioning was a significant downside, especially during the heatwave, making sleep challenging despite the fans provided. the walking route to the city center, while straightforward, lacked charm and could feel unsafe at times.

all staff were realy friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was decent and we got good sleep in a quiet room. its close to the station which is super helpful and made our trip easy. love the location, easy walk to town. parking was a good plus too!

but the room was kinda small and needed a bit of a refresh. no air conditioning which made it tough in the heat.
